Quality KPI Engineer — Collects, analyzes and communicates management data to support day-to-day business decisions, strategic planning and specific aspects of business performance and improvement. Compiles, models, interprets and analyzes data; explains variances and trends. Identifies and documents improvements in modeling techniques. Monitor the quality performance of KPIs.

Requirements

  • Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data for KPI reporting
  • Create KPI reports
  • Monitor and continuously improve processes in order to improve KPI’s
  • Work across all departments to implement improvements
  • Support with training
  • Develop KPI’s along with other departments
