1st Shift Quality Intern
About The Position
Working with experienced professionals in the Quality Department the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Quality Department in the plan, coordination, and execution of quality control activities to assure delivery of conforming products that meet all company and customer Quality requirements. Projects: To increase manufacturing through put by gathering/reviewing statistical data to support reducing quality inspection quantities and operations To reduce Mag and Pen inspection quantities by reviewing customer and engineering requirements along with historical data To reduce the quantity of quality inspection operations while ensuring end item conformance and minimizing production risk

- Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as basic algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Junior or Senior in College graduating with Quality/ Lean Manufacturing.
- At least 2 years of college completed, current student.
