About The Position

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide support to Quality systems team with
transition to new software and the activities surrounding transition as well as
providing support with communicating with the people required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

Requirements

• Enrolled in or graduated from associate’s/bachelor's degree program related to quality field (quality control mindfulness)
• Experience with document control (work instructions)
• Implementing new systems experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Ability to learn software to enter and update data in new system
• Communicate with team members to clarify data or resolve discrepancies
• Organize and manage digital records
• Prepare reports, summaries, and basic documentation as needed
• Verify data accuracy and identify errors or inconsistencies
• Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Additional responsibilities as required – this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change
