North American Internship Program The Flexco Summer Internship Program has been designed to assist undergraduate students gain exposure to the Manufacturing Industry, provide hands-on experience in their field of interest, and develop professional skills for their future careers. About This Role… The Quality team is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in the organization, development, and implementation of training programs for North America's Quality Management System (QMS) processes. The individual will play a key role in reviewing ISO certified QMS processes on a global scale, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2026. Interns at Flexco can expect to… Participate in 10-12 weeks of our immersive internship program, Experience the Flow of Flexco – weekly meetings with various departments across the business to understand the importance of their role and function within the organization, Take part in monthly workshops on resume writing, LinkedIn networking, interview do’s and don’ts, and presentation skills And showcase what you’ve learned with a capstone presentation at the end of the summer – highlight a large project/multiple projects you’ve worked on and share your experiences with Flexco’s values.
Requirements
- Full-time, on-site availability (40 hours/week)
- Currently enrolled in college/university with Fall 2026 registration confirmed
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Use of basic hand tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Global QMS Development - Assist Quality Engineers to understand and create a global QMS format
- Align Global QMS Processes– Review ISO certified Quality Management System processes globally with consideration of ISO 9001:2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with the training team, Quality engineers, global partners
- Training – Develop initial and subsequent training for North America Quality Management Process
