Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years conducting quality inspections.
  • Cosmetics, personal care, beauty products, or consumer goods
  • Experience working in logistics centers or warehouses is preferred
  • Must be able to use MS Word and Excel to submit documents and reports within the time specified (usually within 24 hours after job completion)
  • Ability to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional disposition when adapting to occasional disruptions and unexpected events
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Must be able to travel to Bloomington, CA 92316, USA and nearby areas (exact CLIENT address can ONLY be shared once contractor joins)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual inspections of cosmetic products at a logistics center
  • Perform external packaging checks on sampled units
  • Carry out limited internal visual verification per SKU
  • Identify transit-related defects (e.g., leakage, freezing signs, phase separation)
  • Replace security stickers and repack inspected units
  • Report findings according to client inspection manuals providing timely, detailed reports and photographic evidence as requested
  • On-site presence required with ability to manage multiple SKUs within defined timelines
