Responsibilities: Conduct Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) on plastic storage boxes Perform inspections based on sets Apply AQL sampling: GII: 315 sets (visual) Special Level S2: 8 sets (dimensional) Packaging & labeling: 40 cartons Verify dimensions, cosmetic quality, packaging, and labels Carry out destructive dimensional inspection on selected samples Prepare and submit clear, complete PSI report Equipment Requirements: Inspector must bring own barcode scanner or mobile scanning app (unless provided by vendor). Technical & Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years conducting Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) on consumer goods. Experience with: Consumer goods Plastic storage products Injection-molded products Packaging & labeling inspections Strong hands-on experience with visual, dimensional, and packaging inspections Familiarity with plastic / injection-molded products (PET preferred) Ability to perform destructive packaging checks (shrink wrap removal for dimensional study) Competent in high-volume inspections (10,000+ pcs per shipment) Proficient in professional inspection reporting (photos, findings, AQL results). Job Type: 1099 Contractor Project Duration: CURRENT PROJECT: On-going (2 -3 times per month). Note: This is a 1099 contract role – project duration may vary based on client needs Shift Hours: CURRENT PROJECT: 7 hrs. onsite + 2 hrs. report time.
