Has primary responsibility for monitoring and measuring product on the manufacturing floor and escalating nonconforming product issues according to Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards. Performs periodic quality checks necessary quality checks, records information in Plex (enterprise resource data planning system - ERP), and performs general utility work to meet work schedule.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Experience: Up to 90 days training required
  • Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
