About The Position

The Reman Quality Inspector supports the Quality Assurance team by maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with product identification and tagging, managing inspection and measuring equipment records, and coordinating temporary process deviations. This role ensures compliance with established quality procedures and supports production in maintaining product integrity throughout all stages of manufacturing In this function you will: 1. Documentation and Record Control- Maintain and update quality-related logs and records, including Temporary Process Deviation (TPD) Master Log and Master Gage List. Scan and file approved TPD forms, training sign-in sheets, and calibration certificates. 2. Product Identification and Tagging - Verify containers and racks have appropriate tag holders and identification tags.- Ensure correct color-coded tags for material status. 3. Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment Control- Update and maintain Master Gage List with calibration due dates and status changes. 4. Temporary Process Deviations- Prepare and issue TPD forms, log entries, and distribute instructions. Assist in closing or extending TPDs and filing completed forms. 5. Compliance and Communication - Communicate with production and quality teams to ensure adherence to procedures. Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation. Must have High School diploma or GED from accredited institution Previous experience with the following computer programs: all MS365 applications, SharePoint, Oracle, WMS A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Quality Inspector environments within the electronics industry. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographic area (50-mile radius) will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Competent technical knowledge and will work with minimal supervision Lead and participate in Corrective / Preventive Action teams to resolve customer, supplier and production concerns. Assist with assessment documentation for employee training of reman processes Contribute to Continuous Improvement activities and lean initiatives including kaizen workshops, etc. Know and follow safety procedures and rules, including compliance requirements to ensure a safe work environment. Bring health and safety issues, unsafe acts, and safety suggestions to management's attention. Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
