About The Position

Job Duties Sort product Perform visual inspection of parts per work instructions Operate grinders to remove burrs Places or stacks product in designated shipping containers Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition Ensure product quality through fulfillment of quality standards Identify and report quality problems Special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing facility that offered the opportunity to gain a well-rounded background in manufacturing quality
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize
• Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
• Troubleshooting ability is required
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Good computer skills
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Overtime as required, including weekends

Nice To Haves
