Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prefer Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing facility that offered the opportunity to gain a well-rounded background in manufacturing quality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
• Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail.
• Troubleshooting ability is required
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Good computer skills
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Overtime as required, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Sort product
• Perform visual inspection of parts per work instructions
• Operate grinders to remove burrs
• Places or stacks product in designated shipping containers
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Ensure product quality through fulfillment of quality standards
• Identify and report quality problems
• Special projects as assigned
