About The Position

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a Quality Inspector who is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards by performing inspections, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This entry-level role plays a key part in reducing the cost of poor quality by detecting issues early in the production process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and be trained on inspection processes and tools

Nice To Haves

Ability to read and interpret simple drawings or specifications (preferred but not required
Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC-600, IPC-610, IPC-620)
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

Responsibilities

Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances
Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
Use basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues
Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities as needed
Adhere to all safety and company policies
