About The Position

Responsible for overseeing and managing the return of goods from customers back to the company. This position is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring customer satisfaction by processing returns efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in warehouse environments.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Process returned machines and parts in accordance with company policies.
Inspect returned items for damage or defects.
Document the condition of returned products accurately.
Maintain accurate records of all returned product.
Assist in quality control efforts by identifying recurring return issues.
Accurately interprets the requirements and keeps required Quality Assurance records.
Physically and systematically move machines and parts.
Other duties as assigned.
