About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:      Deliver consistent, reliable quality checks that ensure every product leaving the line meets technical specifications, reducing defects and customer complaints.    Act as a critical safeguard on the production line by identifying issues early and preventing non-conforming products from reaching the next stage or the customer.    Strengthen product integrity by accurately comparing physical characteristics against specifications using both basic and advanced measurement tools.    Improve operational efficiency by quickly isolating and segregating defective products, minimizing disruption and rework costs.    Create clear, traceable records of quality issues, enabling better root-cause analysis and continuous improvement across teams.    Elevate team capability by training others on proper measurement techniques, quality standards, and documentation practices.    Reinforce a culture of quality by consistently adhering to and modeling company norms and standards in every inspection and decision.    Contribute to long-term process improvements by spotting recurring defects and providing actionable feedback to engineering and production teams.
