In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Deliver consistent, reliable quality checks that ensure every product leaving the line meets technical specifications, reducing defects and customer complaints. Act as a critical safeguard on the production line by identifying issues early and preventing non-conforming products from reaching the next stage or the customer. Strengthen product integrity by accurately comparing physical characteristics against specifications using both basic and advanced measurement tools. Improve operational efficiency by quickly isolating and segregating defective products, minimizing disruption and rework costs. Create clear, traceable records of quality issues, enabling better root-cause analysis and continuous improvement across teams. Elevate team capability by training others on proper measurement techniques, quality standards, and documentation practices. Reinforce a culture of quality by consistently adhering to and modeling company norms and standards in every inspection and decision. Contribute to long-term process improvements by spotting recurring defects and providing actionable feedback to engineering and production teams.
