About The Position

What You'll Do As our Quality Inspection Team Lead, you'll be ensuring quality standards while leading a collaborative team environment. Your key responsibilities include: Quality Leadership & Inspection Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to quality standards Create and maintain inspection documentation and check sheets Ensure non-conforming products never reach customers through proper disposition processes Team Coordination & Material Flow Coordinate material handling, packaging, shipping, and receiving operations Facilitate smooth movement of work-in-process and finished goods inventory Support routing operations across inspection, packaging, machining, and storage areas Manage outside service coordination for plating and heat treating suppliers Process Improvement & Safety Foster a team environment focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Lead and participate in problem-solving and process development initiatives Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures Support team-building activities and regular team meetings Systems & Equipment Operation Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Process accurate inventory transactions using computer systems and RF scanners Optimize storage and retrieval systems for maximum efficiency Support cross-training and flexible coverage as needed What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Excellent communication and leadership skills Commitment to safety and environmental procedures Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in industrial or service industry (comprehensive training provided) Experience with quality inspection processes Team leadership or supervisory experience Why Choose Jagemann Stamping?
