About The Position

JOB DEFINITION: Develop and monitor program goals and outcomes and provide quality improvement training for staff to facilitate achievement of goals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with a license in health and human services. (i.e. LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Knowledge of quality management issues.
  • Four years' experience in behavioral health program operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor program outcome measures and maintain statistical data on same
  • Develop and monitor program satisfaction survey process and maintain statistical data on same
  • Maintain current regulatory guidelines for all licensed programs and monitor program activities against these guidelines
  • Conduct announce and unannounced audits of randomly selected program records
  • Participate in investigation of incidents as required
  • Identify problem areas/specific topics/problematic policies or undesirable outcomes within the department in cooperation with the Directors and senior management staff and assist in developing systems to overcome challenges
  • Assist and/or participate in training programs for staff utilizing internal and external resources including, but not limited to, experienced staff to offer trainings, outside consultants, printed materials, videos
  • Participate in task groups and committees that work towards overall agency Quality improvement initiatives.
  • Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals.
