Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an inpatient setting. Conduct psychosocial assessments and identify patient and family needs. Deliver crisis intervention, advocacy, and linkage to community resources. Ensure documentation is completed timely and meets quality standards. Address psychosocial concerns and collaborate on post-hospital care planning. Incorporate case management tasks to enhance overall patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, outside agencies, programs, schools, doctors, and service providers. Participate actively in team meetings, supervision, agency trainings, and high-risk case conferences. Maintain compliance with NYS Mental Hygiene requirements and departmental policies regarding person-centered care, documentation, confidentiality, and mandated reporting. Provide trauma-informed, person-centered care consistent with program policies and operating certificates. Meet departmental productivity expectations and demonstrate effective time management, including appointment scheduling and documentation management. Adhere to departmental outreach policies and procedures. Attend a minimum of four trainings per year to support clinical skills, professional growth, and self-awareness. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education & Requirements Master’s degree required. Must comply with all NYS Mental Hygiene regulations, departmental policies, and applicable laws regarding documentation, confidentiality, clinical record maintenance, and reporting. NYS Licensure required: LMHC-D, LCSW, or LMSW. Requirements

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Must comply with all NYS Mental Hygiene regulations, departmental policies, and applicable laws regarding documentation, confidentiality, clinical record maintenance, and reporting.
