Manager of Quality Improvement provides leadership in the area of quality management related to publicly reported programs, regulatory quality reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. This individual provides guidance and facilitates improvements with the identification, development, implementation, and assessment of clinical quality programs in compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements for inpatient, outpatient and clinic populations. Assists in the development and presentation of clinical performance measures for leadership committees for the purpose of identifying patient care improvement opportunities, establishing action plans and for ensuring clinical improvements are obtained and sustained. The position requires an excellent working knowledge of quality measures and regulations and the ability to work with leaders in clinical departments, service lines and administrative areas.
