About The Position

Are you ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst to work within our Utility Programs and Services division with a focus on internal improvement efforts. This position provides administrative and accounting support across residential and commercial energy programs, with specific focus on tracking financial/accounting processes and process improvements that drive high-quality results. This role involves coordination across energy efficiency program implementation teams, the customer facing teams and client representatives to ensure program goals and client expectations are met or exceeded. The position location is hybrid allowing work from a local ICF office, or from home assuming the candidate has a stable high-speed internet service and a suitable work environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Track program processes, productivity, and systems to reinforce high quality deliverables, and to minimize and mitigate risks to the business.
  • Support across functional teams, including IT, Customer Experience, Delivery, and Accounting to streamline the application and incentive processes.
  • Coordinate across the Payment Fulfillment and General Ledger (GL) accounting teams to refine or develop incentive reconciliation reporting that supports broader GL reconciliations.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and best practices with a focus on quality and process consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control manager to assess controls and sampling techniques.
  • Incorporate quality findings into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor quality control reports to elevate areas of risk and align quality improvement plans.
  • Active participation as part of a broader energy efficiency implementation team, to coordinate program changes and new client requirements that have an impact on overarching quality and the customer experience.
