We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in the business solutions box manufacturing business. This critical role is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality, ensuring compliance with ISO certification standards, and managing customer incident responses. The Quality Analyst will work closely with the production team to monitor processes, conduct capability studies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Principle Accountabilities: Coordinate with plant management to implement and maintain company quality standards with the goal of producing high quality products to exceed customer expectations. Work with department managers/superintendents to implement key driver improvement activities through timely and usable product/process quality data collection, data analysis, improvement project measurement and assisting improvement teams. Facilitate and maintain corporate quality systems process and procedures at the plant level. Participate in and serve as interface in plant audits. Provide support in writing programs in support of maintaining the plant's quality (ISO 9000) Ensure all quality control and measurement devices are appropriately calibrated and maintained. Provide ongoing communication and training to supervisors and operators on quality processes.
