About the role Job Summary The QESH Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and procedures that ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and health standards. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and promotes a culture of safety and operational excellence across the organization. This position will office out of either the Pasadena, TX or Pheonix, AZ EMS service centers, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. REPORTS TO: Regional Manager ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: o Implement and maintain QESH management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 o Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across production areas o Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions o Provide training and guidance to employees on QESH policies and safe work practices o Monitor and report on QESH KPIs, including non-conformities, near misses, and environmental metrics o Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements o Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QESH into daily operations o Maintain documentation and prepare for external audits and customer inspections EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: o Minimum 3 years of QESH experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, 5+ years preferred o Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO standards o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office and QESH software systems o Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus o Must be willing to travel up to 20% annually.
