Job summary: This position blends system management with data analysis in support of the Environmental Health & Safety organization, which includes workers compensation and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to own the full data lifecycle – from administering the data capture systems, transforming and analyzing the data, and building scalable reports and dashboards. Insights generated in this role will inform decision-making for stakeholders ranging from local leadership to the executive team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in data, analytics, and/or systems management
  • Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
  • Experience with analytic tools/software, ETL processes, and cloud database platforms
  • Experience with SaaS administration

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders; leverage data and reporting outputs to generate insights into business and safety performance.
  • Dashboard Design: Build and maintain data sources and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling business leaders to monitor progress, measure success, and drive accountability across operations.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze historical data and emerging trends to support strategic planning, forecasting, and proactive decision‑making related to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), workers’ compensation, and compliance.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and visualizations in response to stakeholder requests, providing timely and accurate insights.
  • EHS System Administration: Serve as the system administrator for the Environmental Health & Safety platform, ensuring data quality, effective data capture, and a positive end‑user experience; identify and implement opportunities to improve system efficiency and usability.
  • Data Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for EHS‑related data, reporting structures, and metrics; support data governance and best practices.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Environmental Health & Safety, Workers’ Compensation, Compliance, and Operations to understand business needs and deliver data‑driven solutions.
  • Presentation & Communication: Clearly communicate analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations through written reports, dashboards, and presentations to audiences ranging from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the department and company.
