  • Digital transition of our SQDM boards
  • Support the team with Microsoft Office skills to develop a Digital version of the current Gemba Boards
  • Squawk Analysis Framework Harmonization/Digitalization
  • There is a need to pareto the issues, identify trends, secure root causes, and work with supporting groups to address.
  • Setting up a program which includes training, links to videos, use-cases, etc.
  • ATP Improvements
  • ATPs written by the STX Certification group often need to be redlined, and there is a need to run an improvement project looking at removing opportunities for the failures.
  • Loss Cost Harmonization
  • Framework is needed at all sites identifying heavy hitters and developing preventative plans.
  • Experience as a quality engineer, Career lessons, Shop floor exposure
  • Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or computer Science
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to decipher technical documents with experience reading engineering drawings. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to commute and work on-site 5 days a week.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at an accredited four-year college or university
