About The Position

The Internship Experience As a WM Intern, you won't be sitting on the sidelines, you'll be in the mix. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real projects that make an impact for WM. Requirements
- Interns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship.
Nice To Haves
- Expereince with AI related tools and technologies
- Willingness to explore AI related technology and how WM can leverage this in Quality Engineering, testing, and autmation
Responsibilities
- Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understand fundamental parts of the problem.
- Conducts analysis as directed, and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.
- Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
- Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
