Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering.
  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of HVAC industry and experience with refrigeration products
  • Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests
  • Knowledgeable in CAD system

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure the products or services rendered meet or surpass the required internal quality KPIs and specifications as well as any applicable external and government regulations.
  • Spearhead the RMA analysis and investigation of faulty customer and supplier products and services.
  • Drive solution plans to completion by working with a cross-functional team, including supplier quality, product engineering, sustaining engineering, research engineering, and operations.
  • Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Lead a project to implement ESD controls evaluation and improvement in final assembly.
  • Learn how to utilize the Carrier Excellence (CX) operating system to propose and implement changes to existing processes to streamline and improve overall performance while maintaining cost controls, creating cost-effective use of resources, and ensuring quality.
