The role of the Quality Engineering & Test Manager is to manage a diverse group of engineers in support of Manufacturing Operations and Quality, and to lead discussions with customer representatives. This will involve having expert knowledge in system design, cable performance, network element functionality and component engineering, as well as in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and processes. This job requires an individual who is a current manager or a high caliber engineer who can adapt those skills to a managerial position.
