You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of manufactured and procured products within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and enforcing quality standards, methods, and procedures that keep our customers’ missions on track. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to guarantee delivery of quality products. Analyze and resolve process issues ranging from routine to highly complex. Lead corrective‑action meetings, identify trends, and ensure responsible parties meet commitments. Participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards to disposition non‑conforming hardware and drive root‑cause corrective actions. Perform assessments and audits to verify compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, ISO 9001, and AS9100 standards.
