About The Position

Functions as a part of a larger team dedicated to helping members pursue their long-term financial goals. Assist with the daily administrative operations for an assigned group of Financial Consultants. Responsible for all aspects of client servicing and records administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in financial services and/or a sales environment.
  • Knowledge of investment operations, procedures, transfers and industry terminology.

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial Consultants by processing account applications and paperwork, obtaining necessary account documents, resolving inquiries and notifications, performing account maintenance, and handling account transfers.
  • Review and resolve client service and account set up issues.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings, including performance reports, annuity information, RMD information, outstanding service items, account maintenance forms, and other related materials.
  • Communicate daily with clients providing trade settlement information, coordinating the payment/delivery of funds and other routine requests.
  • Perform clerical / administrative tasks, including documentation required for books and records, the preparation and processing of correspondence and communications, syncing of calendars, and daily filing of client information.
  • Assist in facilitating annual client RMD distributions.
  • Assist with operational tasks on behalf of the program.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements.
