Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience working with quality management system, raw material evaluation, and supplier quality management.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100 and NQA-1.

Responsibilities

Quality Planning & Standards Develop and implement quality control processes and internal operational standards
Support new product development with quality planning (e.g., FMEA, control plans)
Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, and procedures
Process Monitoring & Assurance Monitor production and engineering processes to ensure product quality
Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with requirements
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external regulations
Problem Solving & Corrective Actions Perform root cause analysis on defects and nonconformities
Implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Investigating customer complaints and quality issues
Audits & Compliance Conduct internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001/AS9100, NQA-1, ASME IX and other industry-specific regulations)
Maintain documentation required for audits and certifications
Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze quality data and performance metrics
Generate reports on defects, trends, and improvement opportunities
Use statistical tools and KPIs to monitor and improve processes
Continuous Improvement Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with engineering, manufacturing, sales and operations teams
Communicate quality issues and drive resolution across departments
Support training and awareness on quality standards and best practices
