  • Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with quality management system, raw material evaluation, and supplier quality management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100 and NQA-1.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Planning & Standards Develop and implement quality control processes and internal operational standards
  • Support new product development with quality planning (e.g., FMEA, control plans)
  • Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, and procedures
  • Process Monitoring & Assurance Monitor production and engineering processes to ensure product quality
  • Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with requirements
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external regulations
  • Problem Solving & Corrective Actions Perform root cause analysis on defects and nonconformities
  • Implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Investigating customer complaints and quality issues
  • Audits & Compliance Conduct internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001/AS9100, NQA-1, ASME IX and other industry-specific regulations)
  • Maintain documentation required for audits and certifications
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze quality data and performance metrics
  • Generate reports on defects, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Use statistical tools and KPIs to monitor and improve processes
  • Continuous Improvement Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and process efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with engineering, manufacturing, sales and operations teams
  • Communicate quality issues and drive resolution across departments
  • Support training and awareness on quality standards and best practices
