About The Position

We are hiring a Quality Engineer to join our Sauna360 Quality Assurance team! DISCOVER At Sauna360, we design and build sauna, steam, and infrared wellness experiences for customers around the world. Our brands include Tylo, Helo, Kastor, Finnleo, and Amerec, and we take pride in combining Nordic craftsmanship with modern engineering. As a Quality Engineer, you will help strengthen the way we manage quality across components and finished systems. You will support the shift from tribal knowledge to documented processes, help build on our ISO 9001 foundation, and ensure our products meet the high expectations of our customers. This role gives you the opportunity to analyze how we work today, recommend improvements, and collaborate with teams across production, engineering, supply chain, and customer support. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT Do you naturally ask why? Lead structured root cause analysis and corrective actions using methods like 8D, FMEA, and SPC. Turn issues into learnings and sustainable fixes that reduce defects and risk. Can you grow a quality system, not just run one? Support, maintain, and improve our ISO 9001 aligned QMS. Build on the current foundation with practical, documented processes that scale. Are you energized by supplier development? Partner with domestic suppliers to define requirements, raise capability, and improve incoming quality. When needed, issue corrective action requests and coach vendors toward long‑term compliance. Do you think in data and act with urgency? Build inspection plans, sampling methods, and acceptance criteria for incoming materials and production. Track key metrics, surface trends, and recommend actions that move the numbers. Can you collaborate across the floor and the office? Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Sales to embed quality into daily routines and new product work. Are you ready to make an early impact? In your first 90 days, complete a critical analysis of current processes and recommend four prioritized improvements centered on supplier part quality and first‑pass yield. Target measurable first‑pass yield gains in the 10 to 15 percent range and establish the tracking to prove it. Do you thrive in hands‑on environments? This role is on site. You will be on the line when needed, then documenting and standardizing what works so it can be repeated.
