About The Position

Develop thorough issue ticketing processes that are reproducible with a minimal number of steps, and testable for specific passing conditions. Provide timely feedback to engineers after ticketed tasks and issues have been resolved. Respond to internal quality issue reports, answer day-to-day technical questions, and help troubleshoot unexpected problems. Support development teams and product managers by authoring and executing thorough test plans. Create and maintain code to run automated tests to reduce the manual testing burden. Record and maintain example data that helps with software testing. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience with motion capture or other camera systems.
  • Eye for detail and ability to spot small inconsistencies in visuals.
  • Experience forming test plans, organizing test equipment and processes, and tracking defects through a ticket tracking system.
  • Experience in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player, possessing the willingness to seek feedback, adopt company best practices, and continuously learn and improve.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree focusing on game development, graphics, or other computer graphics focused degrees.
  • Two or more years of experience in software quality assurance and/or software engineering.
