Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role (preferred in the Food or Chemical industry).
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, SPC, CAPA).
  • Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean.
  • Experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and close Quality Notifications (QNs) in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Perform trend analysis on production and quality data to identify recurring issues.
  • Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics and progress.
