Requirements

  • STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience with corrective and preventive actions.
  • Experience implementing mistake proofing process controls.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and built strong relationships with management at all levels, as well as customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equivalent; conducting product quality tests, performing statistical analysis to assess product or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
  • This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Experience with developing statistical process control run charts and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, including DCMA customers.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and electronic assemblies, e.g. epoxy/sealant application, painting, electro-mechanical assembly, optics, soldering, cable & harness fabrication, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality‑related issues.
  • Leading product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective‑preventive actions.
  • Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of non‑conforming material.
  • Developing and maintaining statistical dashboards and automating manual data‑analysis tasks to increase efficiency.
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and program‑level quality status reports for leadership.
