Quality Coordinator

About The Position

The Quality Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to customer-specific sampling and reporting requirements and in optimizing document control across all Teasdale facilities. This position is responsible for accurately and timely collecting and reporting unique quality and food safety attributes and samples for key customers.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science degree preferred or comparable industry experience.
Leadership skills focused on results, decision-making, teamwork, and change management.
Strong mathematical and PC skills including MS office.
Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from cross-functional associates throughout the organization.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.

Responsibilities

Collect product samples as required to meet customer requirements.
Prepare and lead sensory evaluations, including collection, maintenance, and reporting of all associated data.
Submit samples for microbiological testing of finished goods.
Maintain records and electronic hold-and-release protocols for the associated material.
Manage electronic storage of production records as needed per customer requirements.
Ship customer samples as required.
Partner with Quality Leadership across the network to transition document formatting to align with the company standards.
Oversee controlled document naming and organization electronically.
Work with site quality personnel to transition documentation to SharePoint.
Other duties as requested by the Director of Quality.
Serve as a backup to the Quality Coordinator role.
