About The Position
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Quality Coordinator. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business related discipline/field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management systems, continuous process improvement, internal auditing, or related role
Responsibilities
- activities related to the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continual improvement of the organization’s ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS) and other aspects of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to hospital accreditation
- writing and executing procedures related to ISO 9001 requirements
- development and delivery of educational material
- performing internal audits
- corrective action planning
- project planning
