About The Position

The Quality Coordinator is a member of the quality team expected to assist in the implementation and maintenance of the quality control systems necessary to ensure that information generated by the Company is generated in accordance with business needs and the Company’s Quality Management System.

Requirements

Two + years related experience and/or training
Some college
Oil and Gas Experience is required
Must work well with a team
Must be goal oriented and work for the good of the team
Must be able to work independently
Must be motivated to learn
Must be organized
Ability to read and interpret documents such as methods, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, unit conversion and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems as they relate to quality system
Valid driver license required

Responsibilities

Fill in for Quality Manager as assigned
Assist in preparing laboratory for external audits
Maintain local laboratory internal and external audit schedule
Maintain document control system
Assist with quality related projects, as assigned
Provide ongoing assistance for Laboratory Employees
Promote continuous improvement philosophy
Review quality management data for effectiveness and report to management
Maintain PTP performance, data entry, maintain CVM (Calibration Verification Maintenance)
SQC charts, OOC are rechecked and / or addressed.
