Responsibilities

Daily QA factory audit and process verification
First point of contact to respond to all Food Safety and Quality incidents on off shifts
Track and process finished product holds and dispositions using SAP warehouse inventory management system.
Process vendor non-conformances in SAP
Assist with analytical testing.
Support the environmental swab program and laboratory testing.
Analytical Instruments and Equipment verification, maintenance & calibration
Verification of records (FS Process Controls, Quality Points, ext.)
Filing and management quality records
Maintain electronic quality data, support in trending and analyzing data.
Daily product evaluation setup and lead product evaluation.
Support quality and food safety training
Other duties as assigned to support all QA Dept. roles in managing Food Safety and Quality systems
