About The Position

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities at our Louisville, Kentucky manufacturing facility. You will work onsite and partner closely with production and quality teams to ensure products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement and training across the facility. The anticipated schedule for third shift is Sunday, 10:00 p.m. to Friday, 6:00 a.m. EDT. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Monitor and support the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices programs within the facility Complete daily record reviews to confirm food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are met Perform daily food sensory evaluations Manage food safety and quality production holds, including product disposition and release Deliver food safety and food quality training for facility team members Partner with production teams to identify and resolve issues resulting in out‑of‑specification product or product holds Perform routine audits of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points documentation and manufacturing processes Collect routine microbiological swab samples Complete pre‑operational line inspections prior to production start‑up Apply knowledge of Food and Drug Administration regulations to daily activities Provide guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line leads based on historical and situational experience Perform other responsibilities as assigned Ingredients Required for Your Success 1+ years of experience in a quality role Experience within the food or packaging industry, preferred Prior experience with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points programs, preferred Willing to work daily and weekend overtime as needed Willing to work in a multi‑climate manufacturing environment Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Consistently demonstrates high expectations for self and others with a strong focus on results Comfortable standing, climbing, and lifting boxes up to 50 pounds #LI-Onsite #LI-MW1 Compensation Pay Range:$42,000-$55,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a quality role
