As the Quality Coordinator, you will assist in completing all internal audits throughout the agency and ensuring that compliance with applicable standards, regulations and guidance is fair, impartial, and useful. Responsible for conducting assigned audits and reporting information to the quality team. Our Auditing department contributes to Goodwill’s success by providing leadership with timely, relevant and objective reporting for governance, risk and internal controls. This role provides exceptional customer service support, builds strong internal relationships, and ensures compliance with procedures and requirements through ongoing local travel to retail stores, Attended Donation Centers (ADCs), Distribution Center (DC) Career Centers, and other agency locations for site visits, audits and training
