About The Position

Now Hiring: Quality Control - Houston, TX Pay Rate: $16/hr Currently working 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Day/1st Shift Warehouse Environment | Occasional OT & Weekends During Peak Demand Charge Tube Assembly Responsibilities (This is what will be inspected) Assemble components under 30 inches in length and up to 10 lbs Work independently or in small teams Perform visual inspections before assembly Complete light manufacturing tasks including: Resistance welding of small electrical connections, Buffing/polishing using cordless drills, Cleaning metal pipes with wire brushes and air nozzles Keep your work area clean and organized while meeting production and quality standards YOUR Responsibilities as Quality Control: Be able to stand for extended periods while inspecting Charge Tubes prior to assembly into carriers Strong attention to detail Ability to stay focused on repetitive inspection tasks

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screen
Must wear steel-toe shoes
Able to stand for long periods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Responsibilities

Assemble components under 30 inches in length and up to 10 lbs
