Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational coursework related to quality, manufacturing, or inspection is a plus.
Prior experience in quality control, receiving inspection, or manufacturing inspection preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly desired.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency using basic measuring tools (calipers, rulers, tape measures, gauges).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to complete inspection and rejection reports clearly and accurately.
Familiarity with quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
Ability to work independently while meeting daily deadlines.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
Stand for long shifts.
Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.

Responsibilities

Perform product testing in accordance with internal standards that include engineering prints, bill of materials, work instructions & IEEE testing standards.
Preparatory work related to test setup & completion.
Escalate repetitive findings and collaborate with Quality leadership for resolve.
Maintain a “clean as you go” work standard.
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies while working in the testing areas.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inspection findings.
Other Testing duties as assigned
