Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive testing on products, systems, and processes to identify potential issues, bugs, or areas for improvement related to functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Establish benchmarks for program efficiency, including operating and response times, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Develop deep expertise in the products being tested and the needs of their end users.
  • Create detailed test plans, reports, and documentation outlining testing methodologies, results, and technical findings.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of organizational standards and procedures for software testing.
  • Review computer logs and system reports to identify program processing errors and recommend technical improvements.
  • Identify program variances from established standards and recommend modifications to ensure compliance.
