About The Position

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting finished windows and associated materials to ensure they conform to NT Window company standards. This process will involve review, assessment and testing across all stages of production to include before in-process and final.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant product knowledge or Quality Control experience
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Proficient in MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Ability to learn, navigate, and utilize NT Window operating systems; e.g.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships with co workers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Timely follow thru of tasks, assignments and all duties assigned
• Must be able to work independently and with a team within time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
• Perform inspections across all stages of production
• Maintain and complete inspection reports
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
• Additional assignments as needed.
