Quality Control Technician
About The Position
The Hanline Group is a food manufacturing, logistics and supply chain solution organization comprised of five different operating companies. Vidalia Valley, a division of The Hanline Group, has been a trusted name for fresh produce since its founding in 1983. Originally known as Manning Farms, Vidalia Valley specializes in processing, repacking, and distributing high-quality whole peeled Vidalia onions, industrial ingredients, condiments, and IQF vegetables. The company is seeking experienced quality control technicians to work at its Lyons, Georgia, location. Compensation is $16.00 per hour and the position offers access to great benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role.
Responsibilities
- Check product quality to make sure it meets USDA, FSA, BRC, and company regulations.
- Package and process fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.
- Be present every scheduled day, on time, and stay for the entire shift.
