Quality Control Technician - 2nd shift

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting, sampling, and testing in-process materials and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications, company, and regulatory requirements are met. This position is part of the SPE QC Team located in Torrance and will be an on-site role.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects
- Occasional lifting is required (up to 25 lbs)

- Previous experience in working in a laboratory environment
Responsibilities
- Use computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate product
- Perform minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation
- Follow all assigned testing and operating instructions for work area, including FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing
- Completing assigned training and reading as outlined by department manager
