About The Position

The Quality Assurance Technician is a critical part of our logistics and support operations, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in our inventory and outbound shipments.

Requirements

Operating pallet jacks safely and effectively.
Using Excel and other software tools to organize and analyze data.
Responding to emails with professional and clear written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborative mindset with a customer-service focus
Professional demeanor and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with inventory management tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests.
Manage and track inventory with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Handle outbound shipments, ensuring precise picking, packing, and labeling.
Audit outbound shipments for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain QA data and report findings to management daily.
Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with client Orientation dates.
Adhere to safety protocols and support safe disposal of equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate.
Utilize data entry systems for traceability and accuracy.
Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region.
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as directed by the Site Lead.
Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations.
Support other projects as assigned by management.
