WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Quality Assurance Technician is a critical part of our logistics and support operations, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in our inventory and outbound shipments.
Requirements
- Operating pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Using Excel and other software tools to organize and analyze data.
- Responding to emails with professional and clear written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with inventory management tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests.
- Manage and track inventory with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Handle outbound shipments, ensuring precise picking, packing, and labeling.
- Audit outbound shipments for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain QA data and report findings to management daily.
- Ensure timely deliveries in alignment with client Orientation dates.
- Adhere to safety protocols and support safe disposal of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide troubleshooting support where appropriate.
- Utilize data entry systems for traceability and accuracy.
- Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the NORAM region.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as directed by the Site Lead.
- Coordinate shipping to NORAM and global locations.
- Support other projects as assigned by management.
