The quality control tech is a person who likes to get things right, we don't sell good, better, best; we sell the best which means we need to produce the best. We have high standards for our products and need dedicated team members to uphold those standards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in quality control, manufacturing, or lab work.
- An associates degree in STEM
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems.
- Experience with calipers, viscometers, or basic inspection tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests following established protocols and safety procedures.
- Record data accurately and maintain organized documentation in accordance with quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
- Identify and report non-conformances to supervisors or quality leads.
- Support the quarantine, release, and tracking of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of testing equipment.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates.
