About The Position

- As a Quality Control Technician I at The Beasley Group, you'll be the superhero making sure that all our industrial products are top-notch and meet the highest standards. Your mission is to inspect, test, and ensure everything we produce is just right. You'll be part of a team that keeps our customers happy and our products flying off the shelves! Pay is based on Hourly rates is not a salary. - does not include shift differential pay for nights or possible production incentive pay. 12 hour shifts with Overtime pay, 5 day work schedule with most weekends off, Excellent benefits package available, 401k, PTO, and 8 paid holidays. Full details will be discussed if selected for the position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a quality control or similar role in an industrial setting
Experience with basic inspection tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail to spot any issues or defects
Good communication skills to work well with team members
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Familiarity with safety guidelines and quality standards
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Responsibilities

Check out all the cool stuff we make and make sure it’s up to snuff.
Use neat gadgets and tools to test products and see if they pass the quality test.
Keep track of all the tests and results, and report anything weird or off.
Work with the team to fix any issues and make our products even better.
Help come up with new ways to test things and make sure we're always on top of our game.
Be a part of team meetings and share your awesome ideas on how to keep improving.
Follow all safety rules to keep you and your teammates safe on the job.
