About The Position

As a Quality Control Technician I at The Beasley Group, you'll be the superhero making sure that all our industrial products are top-notch and meet the highest standards. Your mission is to inspect, test, and ensure everything we produce is just right. You'll be part of a team that keeps our customers happy and our products flying off the shelves!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality control or similar role in an industrial setting
• Experience with basic inspection tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail to spot any issues or defects
• Good communication skills to work well with team members
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Responsibilities

• Check out all the cool stuff we make and make sure it’s up to snuff.
• Use neat gadgets and tools to test products and see if they pass the quality test.
• Keep track of all the tests and results, and report anything weird or off.
• Work with the team to fix any issues and make our products even better.
• Help come up with new ways to test things and make sure we're always on top of our game.
• Be a part of team meetings and share your awesome ideas on how to keep improving.
• Follow all safety rules to keep you and your teammates safe on the job.
